Tango Atelier

TANGO ATELIER was born from the idea of Martin Acosta and Chiara Greco, with the aim of bringing together performing and visual arts, as well as all aspects of cultural and social life surrounding Tango.
From Buenos Aires to Vienna, an authentic place where people can learn about Tango in its most various expressions – poetry, theatre and literature, music, cinema, photography and of course – dance!
Every season, the Atelier offers regular dance Courses and other Workshops on a specific subject or artistic field connected to Tango, held by visiting or in-house Artists.
The programme includes integrative courses such as on Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, Modern Dance and other techniques specifically addressed to the Tango dancer to strengthen body movement and control, while enhancing relaxation and sensitivity for a better partnering connection.
The Atelier also hosts a great range of Events from concerts and performances to exhibitions, projections and naturally, Milongas!
TANGO ATELIER is the first and only place of its kind in Austria.
